St. Michael’s Catholic School

This rag-tag group of third grade eight year olds were just a treasure of a class I was fortunate enough to volunteer with and photograph portraits of.  Be it a Catholic school it was located in an inner-city region of lower income families lacking male role models.  From sitting and helping this reputable class with their school work while mentoring them through projects and assisting on field trips, this experience was unlike any other.  I built months of trust before we scheduled this photoshoot with the students.  The end product is one I’m very proud of.  I will miss these kids indefinately!
